做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
