做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
