做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
