做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
