做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
