做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
