做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
