做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调(diào )味即(jí )可品尝。 -
