做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
