做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
