做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
