做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
