做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
