做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
