做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
