做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
