做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
