做法(fǎ ):洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
