做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
