做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
