做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
