做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
