做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的(de )清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
