做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
