做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的(de )鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
