做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
