做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
