做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
