做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
