做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
