做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
