做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
