做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
