做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
