做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
