做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
