做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
