做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
