做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
