做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
