做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
