做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
