做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
