做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
