做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
