做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的(de )清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
