做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
