做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米(mǐ )。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
