做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
