做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
